Production Details Production: 1,300 cases. Our old-vine Chenin Blanc is planted in a hidden crook overlooking the valley, with an additional vineyard established in 2016 on deep decomposed granite soils high on the slopes of the Simonsberg. The 2021 growing season was moderate and low-yielding, and grapes arrived in excellent condition at the winery. The wine was fermented and matured in large-format concrete vessels, then left on the fine lees for 9 months with regular stirring to develop fullness and depth.
