Production Details One of the flagships and specialities from the property, growing on bush vines on the farm. Early morning hand harvest at 25-26°B. Fermented in open fermenters with juice bleeding after crush, punch downs and pump overs at 26°C. Medium and medium plus toast French oak barrels; 100% new oak, matured for 18 months. Pinotage and Merlot are bush vines; Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot are 5-wire hedge. No irrigation.
