Production Details Harvest commenced on February 14th and concluded only 3 weeks later. The 2011 vintage was preceded by a balmy, dry Spring that presented small, concentrated berries. Warm days and cool nights continued through February, leading to a compact vintage. The one hectare parcels of vineyard were separately harvested, and the evenness of ripening of the grapes was measured. This year they were exceptionally even, resulting in outstanding flavour concentration.
