Production Details Field blend of 20 red varietals inter-planted as bush vines. Pre-cooled fruit crushed and destemmed with spontaneous fermentation in open fermenters (daily pump overs and two punch downs). Basket pressed into concrete egg and 500L French Oak barrels (15% new wood) for 12 months, then blended and aged 4 months in bottle before release. Cork & wax seal closure.
