Production Details W.O. Tradouw Syrah from south-facing vineyards at 455m. Hand-punched down and fermented with wild yeast for 12 days, then matured for eighteen months in 300/500L French barrels: 30% new, 30% third-fill, 40% fourth-fill. Unfined and unfiltered.
