Production Details Official producer image sheet for the 2023 vintage lists W.O. Western Cape fruit from 62% Chenin Blanc sourced from Swartland (41-year-old vines) and Piekenierskloof (62-year-old vines), 30% Verdelho from Stellenbosch, and 8% Grenache Blanc from Piekenierskloof with 5 days of skin contact. Gentle whole-cluster pressed. No yeast or enzymes added. Wine fermented and matured for 10 months in old neutral 300L and 500L barrels. Un-fined with coarse filtration.
