Production Details The grapes were harvested by hand on February 20, 2020 and moved directly to the press for gentle whole-bunch pressing. The juice was then transferred to French oak barrels, 30% of which were new, for fermentation. The wine matured on fine lees for 11 months. Only the free-run juice was used in the final bottling.
