Production Details Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from Robertson area, with a portion of Pinot Noir from cool West Coast town of Lutzville. Grapes picked between 21° and 23° Balling. Varieties vinified separately, bunch-sorted and whole-bunch pressed for softer extraction. Fermented at 12°C. Both varieties left on lees for 6 weeks for flavour intensity and structural elegance. Blended, settled and bottled prior to release.
