Production Details Chenin Blanc from Franschhoek vines planted in 1965, OLD VINE certified. Handpicked grapes were fermented in old 225-litre French oak barriques, amphora, and a ceramic egg. The wine remained on the lees until bottling, with batonnage performed throughout, and was kept in barrel for seven months.
