Production Details Pinot Noir from the Cape Coastal Region. Grapes are handpicked; the first 10% whole bunch is selected and fermented in concrete fermenters, with the balance destemmed and fermented in open oak fermenters. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures for 12 months in 225L French oak barrels, 15% new oak.
