Production Details The grapes have been specially selected from the Franschhoek region. All grapes were harvested early morning to preserve natural aromas. Only the best grape bunches were selected and thrown into the press. After the press process was completed, the juice was directly poured into barrels. Once inside the barrels, natural fermenting took place and the wine was left on the primary yeast sediment for 7 months. Wisps of orange peel on the palate, fresh tropical fruit aromas and a delicate aftertaste derived from being matured in oak barrels for 7 months.
