Production Details Handpicked on 26th March 2022. Block grown with ballerina trellis for open canopies. Grapes picked in early morning and whole-bunch pressed. Wine kept on gross lees for 4 months with stirring, then racked and bottled with the same dryness at which it finished fermentation.
Tasting Notes Very pale rose onion skin with notes of white pepper, kumquat, smoke, cut grass and a savoury twist. A focussed entry with a soft mid-palate ripeness and texture balanced by a lively acidity. Intriguing notes of smoked meat, grilled peach, mandarin and wild raspberries, the wine has a nod to the Bandol styling and travels to a persistent finish.
