Production Details To add depth, 10% of the base wine was fermented in seasoned French oak barrels, while the remainder was vinified in stainless steel for tension. The wine spent 31 months of lees aging to build texture and refinement. It was disgorged without dosage, allowing the wine's natural precision and minerality to shine through uncompromisingly dry and sharply focused.
