Production Details The grapes were co-fermented to encourage early integration and aromatic complexity. Sixty percent was destemmed and the balance fermented as whole bunches. The wine matured for 14 months in 300 L French oak barrels, 20% new, with the remainder in older barrels. Wine of origin: Bot River.
