Production Details Paul Cluver Sauvignon Blanc is recognised for its elegance, balance and expression of terroir. The 2021 vintage highlights the typicity of the estate. Pressing is gentle and careful. To ensure a more complex wine with a richer mid-palate, 10% Semillon was blended. The wine was aged in 2,500L foudres and 500L older oak barrels on the fine lees for five months. Production: 16,080 cases (x6).
