Production Details Production: 200 cases (x6). Release Date: November 2024. Grapes whole-bunch pressed, juice settled overnight without settling agents. Transferred to French oak barrels for fermentation. Occasional lees stirring done to retain freshness. Wine remained on lees for nine months without any sulphur addition. Assembled from best barrels after tasting and blending trials.
