Production Details A classically poetic Bordeaux-style blend consisting of a quatrain of four varietals. Each successive vintage features a different quatrain from Omar Khayyam's Persian love poems on the label. Produces a legacy wine that richly rewards aging for 10-12 years, becoming increasingly velvety as tannins soften and integrate.
