Production Details Grapes picked early and kept cool. Each batch fermented separately to develop unique aromas. Matured for 4 to 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks with regular stirring to enhance texture and palate volume. Prolonged 2023 harvest resulted in lower alcohol and higher acidity.
