Production Details Hand-harvested fruit from selected sites in Franschhoek and Paarl. Both cultivars were fermented whole bunch with some whole berry fruit, with no crushing and daily pump overs during natural fermentation. The components were racked to new and older French and Austrian oak for 20 months, then the final blend married for 6 weeks before coarse filtration and bottling on the farm.

Palate: ripe black fruit, savoury mid palate, subtle spicy oak, juicy acidity, fine tannins
