Production Details Grape bunches hand-picked and sorted in KWV The Mentors cellar. After fermentation, finest wines selected for barrel maturation. After 12 months, selected again for further 6 months before blending. Matured 18 months in French oak barrels (70% first-fill). Total production: 29,200 L. Wine of Origin: Western Cape. Vineyards: 77% Stellenbosch, 23% Paarl.
