Production Details Medium to deep ruby colour with ripe, brambly fruit. Ripe tannins with balanced acidity layering fruit flavours through to savoury finish. Fermentation in rototanks at 26-30°C with regular rotation for maximum colour, tannin and flavour extraction. Bordeaux varieties fermented and matured separately.
