Production Details 18 vineyard passes during harvest (9 March to 8 April 2022). Skin contact of two weeks before pressing. Fermented naturally in individual batches. Aged 18 months in 500L oak barrels (50% new: French, Hungarian, Austrian oak), followed by 20 months in large-format wooden foudres. Each batch handled individually before final blend selection.
Tasting Notes Fresh apricot, quince, dried pineapple, persimmon, fig preserve, salted caramel, elderflower and subtle spice; peach, nectarine, dried mango and litchi on a vibrant palate with salinity, integrated oak and a long, dry, delicately spiced finish.
