Production Details Handpicked early morning grapes, crushed and destemmed into press with extended skin contact overnight to press, giving juice increased phenolic complexity and aromatic intensity. Juice settled and fermented in stainless steel. After fermentation, wine left on lees for 6 months before racking, fining, and stabilization for bottling.
