Production Details Handpicked grapes, fermented in stainless steel with regular pump overs during fermentation. Left on skins for four weeks post-fermentation to maximise extraction. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Matured for 14 months in 225L French oak barrels: 34% new, 28% 2nd fill, 25% 3rd fill, 13% 4th fill.
