Production Details The 2021 Lucca blend was led by 58% Merlot clone MO343 and 42% Cabernet Franc. Grapes were hand sorted to berry level and spent six days cold soaking before natural fermentations. After another 18 days on the skins, the wine was gravity drained and basket pressed to 80% new French oak 225L barriques, inoculated for malolactic fermentation, and matured for 18 months before light filtration and bottling.
