Production Details Heritage Range wine from 33-year-old bush vines on Richter 99 rootstock in Breedekloof. Hand-picked in the early morning at 21 Brix. Grapes were sorted, de-stemmed and crushed, then cold soaked and slowly fermented in stainless steel tanks at 24-26 C until dry before aging in old oak barrels for 6 months.
