Production Details Hand-picked in the early morning from 41-year-old bush vines on Jacques rootstock. Racked to 4th-fill French oak barrels, further fermented, kept on thick lees with regular batonnage for about 6 months, then racked with sulphur added and aged in the same barrels for a further 2-3 months.
