Production Details 25-year-old bush vine vineyards with supplementary irrigation. Whole berry ferment with light pump overs and punching. Fermentation initiated in stainless steel, completed in 14-month oak aging (50% new French oak, balance in 2nd fill and neutral barrels). Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Yield: 4 tons/ha.
