Production Details Following careful hand-picking, a portion of the bunches were destemmed and transferred to fermentation tanks using a gravity system, allowing for whole berry fermentation, while the rest went in as whole bunch. Naturally fermented and aged in older French barrique for nine months.

Nose: violets, earth, sour cherries, rainbow pepper, nutmeg
Palate: vegetal, leafy earthiness, graphite-like acidity, dense core of fruit
