Production Details From 3 different vineyard sites. Picked at 23-25° Balling, crushed and cold soaked for 3 days for optimum colour and flavour. Vineyard portions were fermented separately, with natural fermentation to add complexity. 30% whole bunches were added to the ferment. Malolactic fermentation in tank, then 20 months in barrel. Packaging listed as 6 x 750 ml plus 1.5 litre, 3 litre and 5 litre formats. Ageing potential stated as 8-10 years.
