Production Details Fruit destemmed and optically sorted, fermented in small batches for 24 days on skins. Gently pressed and transferred to French oak barrels (80% new). Bottled in late July 2017 without fining or filtration. Approximately 22 months total in French oak.

Nose: black cherry, warm raspberries, toasty vanilla, sweet earth, tobacco, red roses, lilacs
Palate: creme de cassis, violets, blackberries, tilled soil, herbs, dark chocolate, blue fruit, iron ore, dusty earth
