Production Details Brunello di Montalcino DOCG. Grapes from vineyards across multiple zones of Montalcino appellation. Primary fermentation at 28-30°C for 7 days with 10-15 days additional skin contact. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation at 20-24°C. Aged minimum 3 years in large cask (botti), followed by 6 months bottle aging.
