Production Details Hand-harvested Chardonnay grapes at early stage of maturity from Kondoli Vineyards. Softly destemmed and cooled to 4-6°C, gently pressed in pneumatic press. Cold settled before slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14-16°C. Clarification, stabilization, filtration, and bottling using plant or mineral-based fining agents only, fully compliant with vegan requirements.
