Production Details Rkatsiteli grapes from Kondoli Vineyards block R04 near Alazani River. Mid-October to late November botrytis cinerea (noble rot) infection concentrates sugar and enriches aromas. Hand-harvested at end of November in small boxes, hand-sorted, gently pressed in basket press. 9 months fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels. Light filtration and 6 months bottle aging before release.
