Production Details Village-level Meursault from a blend of six lieux-dits: Vireuils, Peutes Vignes, Moulin à Judas, Clos du Cromin, Dressoles, and Les Pellans. Average vine age 65 years. 2020 was a hot, dry vintage with very little disease pressure. Harvested August 24-31, 2020. Yields 45-50 hl/ha with potential alcohols of 13.5-14%. Long, slow fermentations in cold cellars using indigenous yeasts. Aged 18 months in oak barrels on lees without racking. Rarely fined or filtered. Organic viticulture (uncertified). Barrel sources include Tonnellerie Damy, Seguin-Moreau, Rousseau, and François Frères.
