Production Details Village-level Meursault from parcels in Vireuils, Les Pellans, Le Cromin, and Au Moulin Judas. Long, slow fermentations in cold cellars using indigenous yeasts. Aged 18 months in oak barrels on lees without racking. Rarely fined or filtered. Organic viticulture (uncertified). Barrel sources include Tonnellerie Damy, Seguin-Moreau, Rousseau, and François Frères. 2017 was a vintage of incredible balance and clarity.
