Production Details 100% Pinot Noir from 1993 parcel (1.33 hectares, 12,000 vines, cordon de Royat permanent pruning). 2015: Winter and most of spring mild and rainy, followed by drought and strong heat until mid-August. Season ended with alternating cool/humid and dry/hot weather. Very homogeneous harvest with perfectly ripe and healthy grapes. Ample, generous and very dynamic wines. Harvest on September 15, 2015. Vinification and aging in foudres on lees without filtration or fining. Brut Nature (0 dosage). Disgorged March 2023.
