Production Details Dom Pérignon Rosé Plénitude 3 (P3) represents the third and most mature expression of Dom Pérignon Rosé, released approximately 30 years after the vintage. P3 achieves maximum complexity and concentration with all components fully integrated after extended aging on lees. Fermented in stainless steel tanks using cultured house yeast strains. Full malolactic fermentation completed. The 1995 vintage was a welcome relief after some difficult years in the region, though it experienced significant frost damages and mildew challenges during production. This resulted in a wine with exceptional aging potential. Blend composition is Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Grand Cru vineyards, with a portion of still red wine (pinot noir) which contributes considerable textural presence and phenolic depth.
