Production Details Grand Cru Mandelberg in Mittelwihr on an almond-tree slope. South-southeast hill with brown limestone-marl soil and vines averaging 45+ years. Grapes selected at maturity, then crushed and delicately pressed in a pneumatic press. Vinified dry in stainless steel vats with no malolactic fermentation and no long aging on lees in order to preserve freshness, liveliness, and fruity aromas.
