Production Details From a single plot straddling Grands Crus Osterberg and Geisberg in Ribeauvillé. Old vines 55+ years old with south-southeast exposure on steep slope. Grapes crushed and delicately pressed, fermented to dryness in stainless steel vats and old casks. No malolactic fermentation or long lees aging to preserve freshness. Bottled spring, aged 7+ years in cellar before release.
