Production Details Grapes hand harvested close to vendages tardives ripeness levels. Gently pressed in pneumatic press. Juice runs into cellar by gravity and clarifies naturally prior to fermentation. Ferments in stainless steel at controlled temperature for 2 to 3 weeks. Wine is not oak-aged. Bottling done early to preserve freshness. Bottles remain in cellar for several years before release.
