Production Details From 0.8 hectare plot of 60+ year-old vines in the lieu-dit Weinbaum, above Haguenau in Ribeauville. Fermented dry in mix of stainless steel tanks and old oak casks. Cool, slow fermentation without malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness. Bottled in spring following vintage. Very small production.
