Must decanted for few hours, then fermented in temperature-controlled barrels or vats at 18-24°C. Lightly filtered before bottling in spring following vintage. Bottles aged extensively in family cellars before release. Exceptional 2015 vintage: one of hottest, driest summers since 2003. Healthy, ripe grapes with supple acidity. Harvest September 10, 2015.
