Production Details Grapes taken in small tubs to gravity-filled presses without mechanical intervention. Must decanted for few hours before temperature-controlled fermentation in barrels or vats at 18-24°C. Racked once, naturally clarified during winter. Spring filtered before bottling. Aged in cellars before release. DIAM cork closure. Parcellaire selection from best plots within estate in prestigious Schoenenbourg and surrounding Grand Crus. Late harvest started September 27.
