Production Details Grapes from Viña Bosconia (El Bosque vineyard). 10 years barrel aging with hand racking twice yearly. Fined with fresh egg whites. Unfiltered, bottled exclusively in 75 cl bottles. Made only in exceptional vintages in small quantities. Hand bottled and corked, then waxed for protection during extended cellar aging.
