Production Details Grapes from Viña Tondonia vineyard. Harvested mid-October. Spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts. 6 years aging in predominantly old American oak barrels, then bottled unfiltered in 2011. Further 5-6 years bottle aging before release. Fined with fresh egg whites only.
