Production Details Biodynamic certified (Respekt-Biodyn, EU organic). Made from a selection of partially (10%) botrytized fruit picked at 115° Oechsle. Fermented down to noble-sweet levels using wild yeasts in old 1000-liter fuder barrels. Produced from the Falkenlay sector of the Marienburg vineyard on grey slate soils. No additions except minimal sulfur at bottling. Aged on full lees for at least 10 months.
