Production Details Primary fruit grown on estate in Wilyabrup, supplemented with Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec from neighbouring Wilyabrup vineyard. Emphasis on minimising tannin extraction for a style rich in flavour with softness for immediate enjoyment. Cooler fermentation in open stainless steel fermenters. Gentle pumpovers and soft pressing before maturing in French barriques. Fermented in open fermenters on skins for 10 days before maturing in combination new and older French oak barriques for 15 months. Ray Jordan's Top 100 Reds 2022 - 90pts.
