Production Details Federspiel classification (11.5-12.5% alcohol). Harvested manually. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in Austrian oak vats, followed by 6 months aging in large old Austrian oak foudres (2,000-12,000 litres). Demeter-certified biodynamic production since 1971. No pesticides, herbicides, or chemical treatments used. Previously labelled as 'Im Weingebirge', the 2020 vintage was released without single-vineyard designation under the name 'Aus den Gärten'.
