Production Details Hand harvested in September. Whole bunch pressing using only heart of the must. First fermentation in stainless steel. Base wine aged 6 months in 25 hl Austrian (Manhartsberg) oak casks. Second fermentation in bottle. Aged 30-36 months on lees. Hand riddled and disgorged.
